We hereby announce in accordance with para 26 item 1 WpHG that Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH, Industriestraße 48, 70565 Stutgart, on behalf of Whirlpool Greater China Inc., Benton Harbor, Michigan/USA, pursuant to sections 21 (1), 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1, 24 WpHG and for IRE Beteiligungs GmbH, Industriestraße 48, 70565 Stuttgart, pursuant to sections 24, 21 (1) WpHG informed us about the following:

Te voting rights of IRE Beteiligungs GmbH in ALNO AG went below the threshold of 20 % on 26 October 2007. The voting rights of IRE Beteiligungs GmbH now amount to 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237 of the votes.

The voting rights of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH in ALNO AG went below the threshold of 20 % on 26. October 2007. The voting rights of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH now amount 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237 of the votes. Those votes are attributed to Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH entirely under section 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1 WpHG. The chain of the controlled enterprises comprises: IRE Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights of Whirlpool Greater China Inc. in ALNO AG have exceeded the threshold of 20 % on 26. October 2007. The voting rights of Whirlpool Greater China Inc. now amount to 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237 of the votes. Those votes are attributed to Whirlpool Greater China Inc. entirely under section 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1 WpHG. The chain of the controlled enterprises comprises: Bauknecht Hausgeräte and IRE Beteiligungs GmbH.

We hereby announce in accordance with para 26 item 1 WpHG that Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany; Whirlpool Greater China Inc., Benton Harbor, Michigan/USA, and IRE Beteiligungs GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany have, in accordance with paras 21 item 1, 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1, and 24 WpHG, that on 26 March 2007 they fell below the threshold of 25% of voting rights to ALNO AG, Pfullendorf. Since that date, each company’s proportion of voting rights in ALNO AG has been 23.21%. This equates to 2,674,635 votes.

Voting rights amounting to 23.21%, which equates to 2,674,635 votes, are allocated to Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH via its subsidiary IRE Beteiligungs GmbH in entirety as per para 22 item 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights amounting to 23.21%, which equates to 2,674,635 votes, are allocated to Whirlpool Greater China Inc. via its subsidiary Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH and its subsidiary IRE Beteiligungs GmbH in entirety as per para 22 item 1 no. 1 WpHG.

We hereby announce in accordance with German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) § 25 (1) that Küchen Holding GmbH of Munich, Germany, and Milano Investments S.à r.l. of Luxembourg, Luxembourg, have notified us pursuant to WpHG § 21 (1) that they exceeded the thresholds of 75% of the voting rights in ALNO AG of Pfullendorf on March 26, 2007. Since that day, their voting share in ALNO AG has amounted to 75.27 %.

Of the 75.27% voting share, Küchen Holding GmbH of Munich, Germany has been attributed 23.21 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6.
Of the 75.27% voting share, Milano Investments S.à r.l. of Luxembourg, Luxembourg has been attributed 52.06 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 1, and 23.21 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6, sentences 2 and 3.

The voting rights were attributed to Clavis Verwaltungs GmbH in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) (1).

Since that day, their voting share in ALNO AG has amounted to 30.62 %. Of the 30.62% voting share, Küchen Holding GmbH of Munich, Germany has been attributed 25.53 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6.
Of the 30.62% voting share, Milano Investments S.à r.l. of Luxembourg, Luxembourg has been attributed 5.08 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 1, and 25.53 % in accordance with WpHG § 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6, sentences 2 and 3.
